Job Description:

The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment and possess strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills. You will be an outcome driven individual with strong organisational and project management skills. Prior experience within the IT industry or supporting retail stock inventory systems is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the greater team with training in EDI related topics
• Supporting the legacy EDI environment during transition phases
• Collaborating with other countries’ EDI representatives
• Assist with other ad hoc tasks related to EDI (such as assisting other team members with onboarding of suppliers)
• Resolving level 2 EDI queries, including working with EDI suppliers and business partners
• Conduct EDI onboarding and testing of ALDI business partners
• Resolve and communicate EDI message compliance issues with Suppliers/Business Partners and EDI providers
• Write documentation where appropriate of processes

Job Requirements:

• Proven ability to work well under pressure
• Intermediate – Advance Microsoft Office skillset
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) – Foundation Certification desirable
• Demonstrated skill in providing troubleshooting support to a variation of stakeholders
• Previous experience in an EDI support role
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Flexible availability to join after-hours international meetings as required
• Previous experience in SQL, Service Now, SAP and Salesforce desirable
• Previous software testing and support desk experience
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
