Job Description:

This role will be a key member of the product management team and the primary business owner of the overall information access and control strategy for the Sensing Platform. They will partner closely with technical counterparts in the Digital Technology & Innovation (DTI) organization to ensure all necessary access controls and content security measures are accounted for and operating as expected

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with functional content owners, data custodians, DTI and information security teams to ensure compliance and traceability to relevant policies
• Establish an overall compartmentalized information access and control framework for Sensing
• Build a workflow to manage membership of numerous access control lists with a roadmap for automation to continuously drive compliance, continuous improvement, and cost reduction
• Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to the Product Owner and Sensing Leadership Team that can answer “Who has access to what?” from a persona, individual and content element perspective
• Develop and deliver data analytics to enable continuous assessment and prioritization of process improvement opportunities and capability builds
• Support the Director, Digital Product Management – Sensing and Product Owner on the journey to build a predictive, real-time sensing capability
• Develop and manage project deliverables consistent with the overarching project plan, and support key product management artifacts such the product roadmap, and other content in Sensing

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with Jira
• Understanding of existing digital and data technologies and robotic process automation (RPA) approaches is a plus
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written), attention to detail and ability to operate independently
• Familiarity with agile/scrum and change management methodologies and artifacts
• Comfortable with ambiguity; flexible, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset
• Breadth of experience across Amgen functions
• Strong business partnership skills and understanding of core business activities
• Hands on experience managing information in a secure environment include access control lists and related automation

Qualification & Experience:

• Doctorate degree or
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Digital Product Management and /or Sci-Tech experience or
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Digital Product Management and /or Sci-Tech experience or
• Associate degree and 10 years of Digital Product Management and /or Sci-Tech experience or
• Master’s degree and 3 years of Digital Product Management and /or Sci-Tech experience
