Job Responsibilities:

• Understanding of analytical methods for manufacturing area
• Hands on experience facilitating problem solving and root cause investigations in a biotechnology environment
• Experience with Delta V/MES
• Ability to interpret and apply GMP knowledge
• Able to demonstrate project management skills and presentation skills
• Mechanical expertise
• Basic troubleshooting skills on Manufacturing equipment including single use equipment
• Knowledge of WIP lab equipment and computers, with LIMS access
• Cell Culture Experience and/or Purification experience
• Single use technology experience
• Basic statistical and mathematical skills
• Regulatory knowledge and experience with regulatory audits
• Ability to understand, apply and evaluate basic chemistry, biology and physical principles

Job Requirements:

• Possesses a data-driven approach
• Ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment
• Experience in the proposal, design and implementation of innovative contracting in the healthcare sector.
• Understanding of the Colombian health system and its pricing regulatory trends.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Result oriented approach
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Innovative contract model in healthcare implementation
• Advanced English Skills
• SAP knowledge and experience
• 1 or 2 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, growth or any analytical position.
• Adequate use of Microsoft Excel
