If you’re into the kind of leadership that builds a diverse and inclusive team, dedicated to helping our customers be ready for whatever life throws at them, you’ll fit right in as a Team Manager for our new Local Fulfilment Centre. As the Team Manager, you’ll be leading the team within the new operation, working with teams from across our business to make our new site a success

Job Responsibilities:

• React at pace with regular deliveries and fast-track vans departing throughout the day
• Make effective recruitment decisions of LFC Operatives and Customer Delivery Drivers
• Make effective decisions, prioritising workload and activities whilst keeping your team engaged with a focus on customer
• Actively champion diversity and role model inclusive leadership
• Engage and motivate a team of 20-30 colleagues on shift, you’ll rotate between managing the transport team to get the stock into vans and briefing drivers, and managing the warehouse team to pick throughout the day

Job Requirements:

• Have experience of managing a team and managing workload in a fast paced environment
• Listening to colleagues and communicating effectively
• Have knowledge of multi-drop delivery and customer final mile delivery is desirable
