Job Description:

As the Network Analytics Manager, you will be accountable for reporting Asda Mobile’s wide range of financial / non-financial business performance metrics and ensuring that business performance is capably analysed and communicated appropriately to a broad audience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing and reporting high level KPI Dashboard with insightful, concise commentary
• Working cross functionally with the commercial, trading and marketing teams to understand projections and key performance drivers, translating this into commercial forecasts
• Developing analytical tools and models that enable Asda Mobile to identify commercial opportunities, to optimise customer targeting and to maximise the value of the data it holds
• Ensure self-serve reporting tools and processes are embedded effectively across the Asda Mobile team
• Compiling monthly reports and guiding the Month-end review sessions including P&L reporting
• Own the relationship into the wider Vodafone Data & Analytics teams, setting up such projects as Big Data and integration of Asda Mobile data into Asda

Job Requirements:

• Experience in managing data and reporting technologies and solutions – able to manipulate and query structured data (SQL / Python)
• Proven experience in leading teams of analysts to deliver on critical business goals
• Ability to test hypotheses from raw data sets and draw meaningful conclusions
• Understanding of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI with an understanding of data modelling and complex DAX writing / optimisation
• Mobile network experience preferred but not essential
