Job Description:

This role sits within our Aftermarket contract where you will have the opportunity to cover all aspects of transactional finance. We’re looking for a confident individual who enjoys liasing with other people and drives best practice forward.

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing of subcontractor invoices for payment via CFX
• Check payroll and ensure signoff processed through Kronos. Complete payroll reconciliations to explain variances
• Updating of EPO log to ensure all costs are captured in a timely basis
• Raising purchase orders
• Ordering of supplies
• Making payment by procurement card
• Local level debt management – liaise with customers to ensure prompt payment of invoices
• Oracle housekeeping – run reports and minimise internal compliance charges
• Resolve any pay queries
• Raise sales invoices
• Assist Assistant Finance Manager with month end trading
