Job Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for deputising in the absence of the Operations Manager.
- To assist in actively managing the Client relationship in line with the site strategy;
- To assist in developing a culture of continuous improvement to drive best-in-class activity and operational excellence, in line with OMS Elements and Principles and PDR objectives;
- To manage the shift performance of the warehouse operation to consistently meet the requirements of the Client, in line with the agreed service strategy to their network;
Job Requirements:
- High levels of reporting accuracy.
- Management of people in a multi-cultural environment
- Interaction between departments and other key functions such as Stock and Systems, HR and Finance
- Management experience in a high volume service driven operation.
- Excellent team building, leadership and motivational skills
- Commitment, enthusiasm and flexibility to work various shift patterns which are able to respond to seasonal customer demand
- Ability to communicate in an open and honest manner with the team
