Job Description:

As a key member of the Estates team, you will support the business activities of DHL companies in the management of assets, disposals and acquisitions in line with company strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Instructing and supervising agents managing vacant space and liaising with the finance functions to keep the property portfolio management system updated
• Lease renewals and lease acquisitions
• Rent reviews
• Corporate acquisitions and the associated due diligence
• Property valuations and inspections
• Professional work dealing with Landlord and Tenant issues
• Management of refurbishments alongside the project team

Job Requirements:

• You will be RICS Qualified Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
• You will also be used to taking responsibility, mastering challenges and be able to develop as a member of a diverse, global team
• Possess excellent communication, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, together with high levels of integrity, flexibility and adaptability
