As part of the Portfolio Delivery Office, our Resource Planning, Assurance and Skills teams work with Operations teams and the Integrated Delivery Hubs across England as they help create a better place through our work in Asset and Portfolio, Programme and Project management. We support and assure the resourcing of our teams, ensure contractors are paid the right amount at the right time and support other teams with a wide range of resourcing based activities.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for someone who can lead and build a team, networks and communities of practice. An experienced influencer and a great communicator you’ll be happy working collaboratively, able to challenge constructively and comfortable working in an environment of change as we continue to evolve as a team. Experience in a relevant role or field is essential and professional membership in a relevant field is desirable. An understanding of P3O (Project, Programme and Portfolio Offices) and/or contract administration would also be an advantage. As the line manager of a team managing a lot of detailed information, you’ll be comfortable delivering through others but have an eye for detail when something isn’t quite right and be able to work with technical processes and people to find a solution that works for all.
