Job Description:

You must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the product development life cycle and a proven ability to drive on-time, on-budget, and in-scope execution of Tier 1 product development programs using earned value methodologies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountability to the Boeing CBT Senior Director and Defense & Space senior leadership
• Facilitate forecast analysis & financial planning
• Meet Annual Operating Plans (AOP) & key Finance objectives
• Define & Generate Program Plans including integrated baseline reviews (IBR’s) and monthly program reviews as well as executive program management reviews with the customer and end user authorities
• Drive to achieve budget and schedule commitments and Management Operating System process rigor via the Honeywell IPDS process
• Mentor members of the team
• Coordinate across multiple centers of excellence as well as Integrated Supply Chain and Engineering
• Understand budget/schedule metrics & achievement methodologies
• Coordinate with Support Functions
• Facilitate capacity analysis for production
• Execute the Management Operating System
• Present programmatic details as formal reviews
• Drive on-time execution to internal and customer plans
• Responsible for program management including P&L of the FLRAA portfolio
• Summarize key issues & drive actions to achieve success
• Adhere to the Honeywell IPDS product development process

Job Requirements:

• SOW-thru-WBS-thru-BOE-thru Integrated Master Schedule
• PMP Certification
• Provide Guidance & Coaching to peers and team members
• Effective communication and presentation skills across teams, functions, and levels
• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business
• High bias for action and integrative thinking skills
• Requirements Management & Fulfillment, Planning/Estimation
• Lead Cross Functional Collaboration, Communicate & Influence
• Scheduling including resource-loading critical path analysis
• Ability to make sound and timely judgments in ambiguous environment
• Cost & Financials (ex. RDE, spend, forecast, variance)
• Has authority and is accountable for program execution
• Ability to meet business requirements
• Scope control and Change Management
• ACAT 1 program management with Prime customers or DoD
• Expert in Earned Value Management systems
• Recognized leader for willingness to champion change in a rapidly evolving environment
• Risk Management – Identification & Mitigation

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years’ experience and expertise within the technical/business field
• 10+ years’ as a senior level Program Manager/Director
• Must be US citizen due to contractual requirements
