Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a field automation technician team for the commercial buildings technology, including fire alarm, building automation, CCTV, and security systems in the HBT organization. You will apply your leadership skills to improve team performance. You will ensure engagement in new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment, and sales growth

Job Responsibilities:

• Communication across all stakeholders of key information
• Plan and Maintain technician schedule as required by project PM’s
• Support estimate reviews especially those of target jobs
• Identify training needs and develop training plans to support those needs
• Collect and report performance metrics to ensure minimized trailing costs, member utilization and billability goals
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Supervise team activities and performance

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team
• Ability to use experience to appropriately apply the established standards
• Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently
• Highly Organized.
• Construction Experience
• Previous customer facing experience

Qualification & Experience:

• 2-year Technical Degree
• 3 years’ experience managing Field Team.
• 1-3 years’ experience managing Fire/Security, HVAC, Building Automation industry
