Our Community Champions are the gateway from our Manufacturing sites into their local communities. They work really hard to build relationships with local residents and charities ensuring we have a positive presence in the local area

Job Responsibilities:

• Engaging with local community groups to plan visits, tours and events
• Planning fundraising events for local charities and CLIC Sargent
• Getting colleagues on board to help with events etc
• Being an active rep for your colleagues within the site
• Celebrating success by sharing updates on social media, team talk, internal Forums and site community boards
• Building relationships with other community champions at sites and stores in the area
• Track expenditure on community activities

Job Requirements:

• Someone who is great at building relationships and has the confidence when meeting new people
• Someone who has personal presence on Social Media including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
• Someone who has a creative and innovative mind
