Job Description:

The Quant Analytics job family blends analytic and translation skills into a hybrid skillset. They use analytic skills, methods and thinking to solve problems, create metrics, perform analyses, provide feedback and deliver objective insights. Analytics Solutions is a job family that plans, directs, manages and implements end-to-end solutions for data infrastructure, data products or analytics output. This role ensures alignment of the work product to business outcomes, and pulls in resources from supporting groups as necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and validate the output of related specialized groups, and influence work plan in each to ensure they align to desired business results
• Advocate for domain specific data needed to monitor performance and deliver analysis
• Embrace a mentoring role in developing associate and analyst talent within the organization
• Identify data automation capabilities and apply them to appropriate use cases to create capacity for businesses.
• Collaborate with business owners to formulate quantifiable goals; advise on strategies and experimentation to achieve business goals
• Ensure audit, compliance, legal and other firm controls are followed and installed on each project and relevant activity
• Lead partnership with 1 or more Stakeholders with strong understanding of business drivers and underlying data
• Lead execution of KPIs, trend analysis, dashboards and analyses including segmentations, optimizations and other techniques to improve business function performance
• Single point of contact and coordination for multiple projects, analyses, or products; responsible for developing timelines, aligning resources, and driving progress to an aggressive timeline
• Monitor/improve performance of data automation solutions to ensure that businesses can rely on the solutions to conduct business operations
• Develop new ideas for projects based on observations in existing book of work and data asset
• Communicate to senior audiences on results or progress of book of work
• Collaborate across functions and LOB’s to drive Analytics and Insights
• Re-engineer data processes to optimize cycle time and reduce waste in data process step

Job Requirements:

• End to end project management of infrastructure, data product, or analyses
• Drives a cross functional team drawing on specialized resources when needed (such as IT, legal, compliance, etc.)
• Manages multiple resources, responsible for important results within a function or unit, with cross-functional, direct or indirect people management authority
• May influence and /or shape mid to short term strategic and objectives
• Validate findings of specialized groups (IT, data scientist) and ensure that the output delivers on the business problem at hand
