Job Description:

Our role in Solution Engineering & Architecture is to work with the developer community across the Corporate Investment Bank (CIB) to drive adoption of modern development practices, tooling and platforms.  We are seeking experts in Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, Database technologies and Public Cloud to identify and address impediments to these goals.

Job Requirements:

• Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement
• PaaS technology, specifically Cloud Foundry or Pivotal Cloud Foundry
• Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices
• Container technologies, such as Docker or Kubernetes
• Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture
• Experience of database technologies such as Mongo, Cassandra, Oracle, Sybase and MSSQL
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
• Hands on experience with one of the public clouds: AWS, Google or Azure
• Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
