Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain oversight over disaster recovery testing for all applications that are considered critical to supporting business continuity and address identified gaps to ensure proper resiliency exists
- Serve as Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P) liaison to Audit Technology stakeholders and proactively working with SS&P to show pipeline of needs with 3rd party vendors
- Maintain supplier contract (SOW) inventory for Audit Technology inclusive of reviewing SOWs, securing appropriate approvals, and managing to contract completion; contribute to the preparation of regular business reviews with each major external third-party provider
- Manage yearly attestation of business criticality ratings and adjust disaster recovery testing plan as necessary
- Coordinate day to day supplier contract management tasks inclusive of working with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Organize the maintenance of Audit Portfolio TIME (Tolerate, Invest, Migrate, Eliminate) designations across application portfolio inventory
Job Requirements:
- Strong team player who can also work independently; ability to create structure in a fast moving and growing environment; ability, energy and drive to successfully be part of a virtual team
- Ability to handle ambiguity and balance many tasks at once; possess excellent organizational skills and detailed orientation; experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft PowerBI is highly desired
- US Citizenship is required
- Proven record of strong communication skills with all levels of management; experience managing own projects and contributing to others
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum five years of recent and relevant work experience related to technology contract management; Project management experience while demonstrating success in positions of increasing complexity
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
