Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain oversight over disaster recovery testing for all applications that are considered critical to supporting business continuity and address identified gaps to ensure proper resiliency exists
• Serve as Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P) liaison to Audit Technology stakeholders and proactively working with SS&P to show pipeline of needs with 3rd party vendors
• Maintain supplier contract (SOW) inventory for Audit Technology inclusive of reviewing SOWs, securing appropriate approvals, and managing to contract completion; contribute to the preparation of regular business reviews with each major external third-party provider
• Manage yearly attestation of business criticality ratings and adjust disaster recovery testing plan as necessary
• Coordinate day to day supplier contract management tasks inclusive of working with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Organize the maintenance of Audit Portfolio TIME (Tolerate, Invest, Migrate, Eliminate) designations across application portfolio inventory

Job Requirements:

• Strong team player who can also work independently; ability to create structure in a fast moving and growing environment; ability, energy and drive to successfully be part of a virtual team
• Ability to handle ambiguity and balance many tasks at once; possess excellent organizational skills and detailed orientation; experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft PowerBI is highly desired
• US Citizenship is required
• Proven record of strong communication skills with all levels of management; experience managing own projects and contributing to others

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum five years of recent and relevant work experience related to technology contract management; Project management experience while demonstrating success in positions of increasing complexity
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
