Job Description:

The main job functions for the Administrative Assistant Quality Assurance – is to support the Analytics Food and Import Team’s daily tasks, goals, and processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Invoice check and review; creation and execution of internal and external correspondence
• Data collection, archive maintenance and storage, file analytical reports
• Assist with Sample procurement from Warehouses, stores, suppliers and transfer to and from labs on a weekly basis.
• Monitor, evaluate, document and communicate process results in accordance with Quality Assurance Standards
• Assist with heating up and/or cooking samples according to preparation instructions and packing samples
• Creation and monitoring of deadlines for internal and external reports
• Support during the implementation of daily processes, including results monitoring, evaluation, documentation, data tracking, escalation implementation, and communication according to QA processes:
• Check incoming information for correctness, completeness and ensure timely processing

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED and 1 year of experience in related field
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to maneuver cases of product (lift, move, carry, slide, etc.) up to 50 lbs. and reach above head to heights greater than 10 inches frequently in accordance with safety regulations
• Driver’s License
• This position commutes between stores, regional offices and/or distribution centers at least 50% of the time
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management
• Basic knowledge of the retail industry and quality assurance principles
