Job Responsibilities:

• Perform other duties as assigned
• Design and produce assets and for Events and Partnership team
• Accurately prepare creative files and materials for printing and ensure the print quality of all collateral pieces at the highest standard
• Adhere to production schedules and production workflow processes
• Create mock-ups and designs for price tickets as needed
• Ensure team deadlines and specifications are met
• Create in-store disclaimers as needed
• Assist the creative team in developing and optimizing workflow processes
• Design and production of seasonal and evergreen in-store signage adhering to Lidl’s brand guidelines

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must be skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Knowledge of offset printing process and how to design and create files for optimal print quality and efficiency
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of design principles, excellent visual design skills and technical knowledge

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or relevant field
• 2-3 years of experience working in a graphic design role
• Excellent portfolio, demonstrating the spectrum of design work printed and digital format
