Job Description:

We are looking for a Manager, Site Experience to join the D2C team at Kiehl’s!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Net Promoter Score survey rollout and sentiment share out, collaborating with education and customer service and driving new initiatives to increase our score
  • Through ownership of our onsite content strategy, as well as product merchandising and navigation, this individual will ensure a cohesive site experience on, balancing promotional activities with key brand hallmarks (singular view of site calendar from a strategic point of view)
  • Tasked with creating and providing a “best in class” digital experience for our consumers, leveraging analytics, customer insights, and competitive analysis
  • Owns cross-functional partnerships to ensure all team’s objectives are brought to life on-site
  • Drive UX/UI excellence increase conversion and engagement, synthesizing key learnings and insights from consumer site behavior to inform a feedback loop with Marketing, Media and Global partners
  • Partners with marketing and media teams to understand and align on plans and tactics to ensure consistent onsite experience
  • Assist the Director of Site Experience with management of product and AB testing roadmap
  • Own technical SEO strategy and optimization, along with execution of fixes to issues identified in monthly SEO reports
  • Develop site personalization and segmentation strategies to drive consumer engagement and conversion
  • Oversees assistant manager in ensuring execution of timeline and deliverables for promotional and evergreen activity
  • Responsible for analyzing site KPIs and sharing key learnings weekly site with the team, as well as developing a monthly report to share with cross-functional partners
  • Champion a mobile-first mentality and ensure all platforms and common viewports are accounted for in the entire site experience
  • Owns development of site experience strategy and customer journey for evergreen and promotional activities, ensuring the end-to-end journey for the customer is friction-free

Job Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Excehat will operate as a business partner and cross-functional collaborater to help drive growth of the business
  • In-depth knowledge of data analysis and performance / ecommerce metrics / KPI’s
  • Highly motivated with a spirit and passion for working in a high-growth environment
  • Highly organized, with multi-tasking ability and strong attention to detail
  • Strong sense of purpose and identify with a strong work ethic/entrepreneurship
  • Strong knowledge of and curiosity to learn more about the ecommerce landscape
  • 4-5 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing
  • A strategic thinker t in a fast-paced environment
  • Google Analytics and JIRA experience is a plus
  • Experience creating and driving site experience and customer journey strategies
  • Problem solving and problem analysis skills
