Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive assortment strategy;
- Prepare and present executive level presentations;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to set seasonal targets and achieve business goals; and
- Manage the process to meet deadlines and accomplish specific business goals;
- Gather Consumer and Market insight to inform product decisions and seasonal line plans based upon consumer needs;
- Create and execute seasonal line plans based on the review of trends, results, and forecasts;
- Utilize retail and wholesale key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
