Job Responsibilities:
- More than 10,000 store associates each year are tested as part of our systematic process of evaluating those who desire to be promoted.
- The Selection Systems Clerk is responsible for assisting in the administration of this process, which includes data entry and the maintenance of records, files, and test materials.
Job Requirements:
- Working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize all assigned tasks
- Knowledge of office procedures and practices
- Ability to work under deadline constraints
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow directions
