As a Senior Manager, Site Testing & Optimization you will help Sephora deliver a best-in-class site experience through continuous improvement and experimentations. Reporting to the Director, Site Functionality and Testing, you will orchestrate all site tests across our shopping platforms, advise on test set-up, measurement plans and make go/no-go decisions. And as a thought leader in site experimentation, you will help define testing priorities and objectives, bring in best practices and unlock new testing capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate performance results, opportunities, and disseminate insights regularly with peers and senior leadership team
• Manage, coach and mentor an Assistant Manager of Site Testing, including training, mentorship, career development, project management and workload prioritization
• Support junior team members, and manage an Assistant Manager of Site Testing
• Continuously evolve the site testing program, processes, and capabilities to improve win rate, efficiencies, and velocity
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and inform requirements
• Manage all scrum related processes, reporting and knowledge sharing with the broader CRM program and organization
• Drive cross functional brainstorming sessions to identify new opportunities
• Build out the business case to enable new testing capabilities, features and functionalities
• Drive site testing enablement roadmap projects
• Work with other Testing Leads to assess test impact and alignment to overall organization goals, and prioritize sprint requests in partnership with Product Management
• Improve site conversion by identifying points of friction in the shopping journey and addressing them through testing
• Define KPIs, and devise testing plans for product roll outs
• Define test hypotheses and problem statement, and partner with Product Management and UX to identify test design, data and features and functionalities to launch test
• Work closely with Product Management and UX for the buildout of all features and functionality
• Lead the site testing program as vehicle activation lead
• Oversee the site testing calendar to manage dependencies and priorities, and ensure accurate test results for decisioning
• Partner with Web Analytics to build measurement plans, and define requirements for reporting and analysis to provide client and performance insights

Job Requirements:

• Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices
• MBA, degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas, develop executive ready presentations, and present them to the leadership team
• Proven track record of driving testing programs and building a testing culture within an organization
• Familiar with site reporting and analytics to drive actions
• High energy and flexible in a constantly evolving team environment
• Have experience with A/B testing tools and running experiments at scale
• Demonstrated ability to be successful in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment
• 8+ years of ecommerce experience
• Highly analytical and passionate about using data and experiments to gather insights, drive innovation and delivery business value
• Strong understanding of consumer mindset for buying Beauty product online
• Ability to work well across functions, successfully bringing people together toward common goals and to consensus
• Have a history of detailed execution with a balance of big-picture thinking
