Job Description:

With the recent and rapid growth in the in-home and on-the-go sanitizing wipes categories, Clorox International Wipes R&D has restructured to dedicate focus on meeting this rising consumer demand. To do this, we are developing and launching new, disruptive technologies worldwide.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partnering with our consumer insights team to identify unique consumer unmet needs
• Developing and maintaining new strategies for competitive surveillance
• Setting up and leading technical teams
• Working on wipes substrate and lotion development in the lab
• Partnering with key suppliers
• Organizing and executing trials at plants in China and Argentina
• Partnering with Marketing and Project Mgrs to lead project teams
• Presenting project recommendations to leadership teams

Job Requirements:

• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills
• 5+ years as a product/process developer in consumer product goods companies – experience in sanitizing and disinfecting wipes preferred
• Must be a critical thinker, someone who knows how to and looks for ways to solve problems
• Have proven process and product development experience
• Needs to be able to provide robust planning of technical and cross functional teams
• BS in Chemical Engineering, Packaging, Chemistry, Material Science, etc. or equivalent industry work experience
