Job Description:

This position will also give clarity around key business metrics and provide recommendations to senior leadership to support decision making in the PSO organization. In addition, the role will make recommendations to the Customer that will drive Retail Sales and reduce unproductive inventory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for customer’s Supply Chain scorecard results on assigned categories. Provides end to end supply chain expertise for both Clorox and customer. Responsible for being “single point of contact” for customer regarding anything Supply Chain or Operational related on assigned category.
• Lead the analytical processes required to provide insightful recommendations to Sales & Supply Chain leadership, multi-functional project teams, and business units related to corporate or customer related projects.
• Finds opportunities to improve in-stocks, supports execution of merchandising events and season strategies
• Develop & maintain scorecards and reports that support the ongoing data requirements of the business. Other reporting needs as required.
• Analyzes customer Point of Sale data to support COSM on multiple categories
• Identify systemic and process improvements that can be implemented to resolve issues and improve business metrics (e.g. PO On-Time Accuracy, Repeat Out of Stock%, Vendor Lead Time, ASN Accuracy, error-free% etc.)
• Partners and supports Customer Operations and Services Manager (COSM), and Sales Team to optimize and drive sales growth

Job Requirements:

• Building effective relationships
• Planning/Organizing Adaptation skills
• 4 years of experience in business operations, customer service, sales, supply chain, Logistics, or planning
• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree from Accredited Institution
• Strong Analytical and decision making with a clear focus on data accuracy and attention to detail
• 2 years of experience with Power BI
• Priority setting and time management
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Demonstrated ability to present fact-based recommendations to multi-functional teams and interact with the customer

Qualification & Experience:

• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Outlook, Access
• 2 years of experience in a Customer Facing role
• 2 years of experience with ERP systems (SAP)
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
• Demonstrated ability to present fact-based recommendations to multi-functional teams and interact with the customer
• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
