Job Description:

You will play a key role in a John Lewis branch by investigating trends and reporting on key themes, thoroughly investigating shrinkage to protect our profit. You’ll protect your fellow Partners and customers patrolling the shop floor to deter potential theft and monitor CCTV for signs of suspicious behaviour.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will need to be confident and reassuring to be able to de-escalate conflict situations in the branch professionally
• You will have to raise awareness of all aspects of shrinkage by supporting and coaching fellow Partners.
• Managing shrinkage performance within budget and risk appetite.
• Mitigating the risk of malicious harm to Partners and Customers;

Job Requirements:

• Attention to detail/accuracy.
• Previous experience in a customer facing environment.
• Previous experience in a loss prevention role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.
