Job Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of the point of sale credit strategy to deliver upon agreed performance and business outcomes
• Develop, plan and execute category specific propositions using data driven commercial and customer insights
• Ensure point of sale credit is integral to the business selling framework
• Collaborate across teams to ensure credit is optimised in all sales channels
• Make informed recommendations to optimise performance and drive customer value
• Deliver value through strategic supplier partnerships.
• Manage trading performance including forecasting, reporting and alignment to Category plans
• Understand business problems and identify underlying customer needs to help evaluate business ideas
• Analyse research, insights & competitor information to help develop the credit products and customer offer
• Build and maintain an understanding of the wider credit market including competitors to ensure propositions respond to external trends and customer needs

Job Requirements:

• Experience of working within a complex matrixed environment
• Highly numerate, an analytical mindset
• Proficiency in Google suite / MS Office.
• Demonstrable experience within Point of Sale, Retail Finance or credit would be highly desirable
• Experience of data analysis and ability to turn data/information from various sources, both external and internal, into actionable insight
