Job Description:

This position will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting small, medium, and large Prepared Foods programs on the Culinary team, as well as supporting reporting, promotional, and administrative needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, collaboration, organizational, data management, and software skills and will promote a “one team” culture by creating alignment, preventing silos or duplicate work, “just getting it done,” and seeking win-win solutions with both internal and external partners in a way that exemplifies our core values and supports Culinary strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leads weekly project review meetings covering both in-store and online business initiatives and shares resulting notes and action items on a regular cadence
  • Ensures that seasonal and holiday projects and program plans stay on track and keeps key stakeholders aligned on deadlines
  • Participates in other Culinary team projects and programs, as needed
  • Writes regular communication to internal and regional partners
  • Contributes to promotional planning and execution through stakeholder collaboration, data submission and verification, and post-event reporting and analysis
  • Supports Prepared Foods team in scheduling, expense review, and other administrative tasks, as needed
  • Drives clarity and visibility to program implementation (status, risks, dependencies) with all cross-functional collaborators, developing relationships and communicating appropriately with each group
  • Leverages software to synthesize, filter, and format reporting outputs to achieve desired views
  • Creates and publishes regular reporting through internal systems and runs ad hoc reporting, as needed
  • Supports Prepared Foods team through effective data entry, analysis, and maintenance, related to category management, item hierarchy, promotions, pricing, and/or programming
  • Maintains roadmaps and calendars for programs roll-outs – keeps milestones, deliverables, and overall timelines updated and accessible to stakeholders
  • Seeks continuous improvement of project planning and program execution
  • Drives successful deployment and maintenance of Prepared Foods programs

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

  • BA/BS degree and 4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Project management experience and familiarity with project management software highly preferred
  • Experience in the culinary industry highly preferred
