Whole Foods Market is seeking to hire an attorney with expertise in the laws and regulations related to antitrust, competition, and pricing that apply to the unique products and technologies of Whole Foods Market. Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills and enjoy working in a collaborative manner to achieve company goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide additional support and assume additional responsibilities, as needed
• Active contributor to cross-functional teams’ development of new products and technologies that require applicable legal and regulatory guidance
• Researching and providing advice with respect to new market trends, including pending and developing competition laws and regulations
• Develop, improve, and deliver training on the company’s global legal position and strategy
• Respond to regulatory agency requests, notices, and enforcement action after conducting timely investigations and research
• Formulate and deliver advice on regulatory compliance
• Obtain and communicate timely advice on laws and regulations regarding antitrust, competition, pricing, weights & measures, price-scanner accuracy, promotions, and related subject matter expertise
